DEKO 37 turns 11!!!

DEKO 37 video production San Antonio is eleven years old! We can’t believe how fast time has gone. It seemed like it was just yesterday that Danny, the owner, quit his job in the service industry and jumped to form his own company. So far this year has been great! DEKO 37’s Latest Productions: From Environmental Action to the Arts DEKO 37 specializes in video production San Antonio, editing, aerial photography, and animation. Recently, we’ve had the opportunity to work on a diverse set of projects, from environmental videos to live performances. Protecting Our Waterways with RASA We recently worked with RASA (River Aid San Antonio) “A collation of citizens and businesses working to clean our waterways and promote environmental stewardship.” They do a lot of work removing trash from lakes, creeks and rivers. Second quarter for DEKO 37 video production San Antonio

DEKO 37 in Quarter 2 10 years and counting! Hi everyone that is reading this, DEKO 37 video production San Antonio , is now over 10 years old. I never imagined that I could keep this small business going for so long. DEKO 37 has survived a world shutdown due to Covid-19, recessions, a giant growth of competition, but we are still here! I recently bought some new lights (a Nanlite Fonza 300 bi-color which is a huge asset to my light collection) , a new camera (a pocket 3 which has given me amazing shots) and I am involved with more AI software (Chat GPT has helped me with writing ideas and advice. I recently started using Bing/creative for storyboards). I also bought a portable sound mixer. The mixer is a Zoom F8nPro. I am going to do sound for films, corporate events and documentaries. So far I have two lavs, 3 shotgun mics, headphones one boom pole and the mixer. I just bought an audio bag. I am currently doing a storyboard for a heavy/death metal music video that is going to b...

DEKO 37 turns 10!!

DEKO 37  Video Production San Antonio  has turned 10 years old. We started DEKO 37 at Geekdom on January 1st 2014. The first year of business was the hardest, but also thrilling. Thanks to Geekdom, I have learned how to do better social media marketing, budgets and how to charge clients. I am very grateful to be able to have a company for ten years. I wanted to quit every other day when I first started, but thanks to friends and family I stuck with it. The reason I wanted to quit was because I didn’t have a network and I wasn’t making any money. But, this was one of the best times of my life. Here are a few photos of the video production I did through out the past 10 years. After six months at Geekdom, I was introduced to Julian Flores. He owned an app called YupiCall. He liked my first commercial a lot and hired me to do many more. We are still friends. After Geekdom, I joined Alamo City Studios.   5 Well we are in the 4th quarter of business. The fourth quarter, October to December, is often a busier quarter. A lot of people have corporate money that needs to be spent for tax purposes, which is why we usually attain more business at this time. So far we have helped disABILITY with a few videos. “The mission of disABILITYsa is to educate, advance, and engage individuals with disabilities by building connections, exchanging information, creating opportunities, and strengthening our disability community in the greater San Antonio area. disABILITYsa connects people with all types of disabilities and their families to information about local resources, programs and opportunities that promote independence and inclusion where they live, work and play.
